AMERICAN ODD FELLOWS FOLK ART PAINTED LODGE BANNER / SCROLL, oil on canvas/oil cloth, divided into three sections, the two upper sections featuring 19 blocks depicting classic Odd Fellows symbols including the heart-in-hand, skull-and-crossbones, beehive, triple links, Ark of Noah, three columns, lamb, serpent and rod, hourglass, etc., the lower section depicting the All-Seeing Eye looking down on the Holy Bible flanked by a burning urn on a pedestal, on original wooden poles.
Condition : Very good as-found condition with some visible paint loss, no repairs or inpainting.
Circa : Mid 19th century.
