Jeffrey S. Evans & Associates’ auctions are held once and sometimes twice a month in our facility in Mt. Crawford, Virginia. We are actively seeking quality consignments in a wide variety of categories, from one item to entire collections.

We have built an outstanding client base and maintain an extensive list of top collector, dealer, and museum contacts across the world. Jeffrey S. Evans and his staff are considered among the country’s top experts in the fields of Southern folk and decorative art, American folk pottery, American glass and lighting, 18th and 19th century ceramics, and textiles.

Our auctions are available on the Internet for real-time bidding through Jeffrey S. Evans LIVEInvaluable, LiveAuctioneers, and BidSquare. The online live bidding presence allows people from around the world to participate in our auctions via the Internet. The massive exposure to serious collectors and dealers worldwide is an extremely important factor in achieving strong prices.

Consigning is a very easy process. Initially we ask you to upload group photographs and give us a general list of the items that you are interested in selling via our online consignment submission form. This will give us an idea of the types of objects and amount you wish to consign. If you have a large collection or estate we are happy to perform a site visit if proximity allows.

Pre-consignment questions are welcomed and encouraged. We are happy to offer pre-auction estimates upon request. You can search our Past Catalogues for a sample of the types of items we sell on a regular basis. We handle all consignments with care and attention. Our staff is available to answer your questions via email during any part of the consignment process.

Private references can be furnished upon request. Click here to read our list of museum and institutional references.
