We are on USA Eastern Time, which is Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) during the spring-summer, and Eastern Standard Time (EST) during the fall-winter.  Due to this time change, each year we "spring" forward and "fall" back one hour.  The time change occurs officially at 2:00 AM. 

2012 Daylight Savings Time:

• Begins March 11 (start EDT) 
• Ends November 4 (start EST)

2013 Daylight Savings Time:

• Begins March 10 (start EDT)
• Ends November 3 (start EST)

Standard Office Hours

Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, with the exception of the holiday schedule below.
