We are on USA Eastern Time, which is Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) during the spring-summer, and Eastern Standard Time (EST) during the fall-winter.  Due to this time change, we "spring" forward and "fall" back one hour. 

• In 2010, Daylight Savings Time begins March 14 and ends November 7
• In 2011, Daylight Savings Time begins March 13 and ends November 6
